Howe 2 into 1 exhaust system with muffler and Y pipe

We have a nice used exhaust system available for sale.

These exhaust system parts look to be in good used condition.

The Y pipe has been modified slightly, so please see the photos and decide if everything is right for you.

You are getting everything shown in the photos for one money with this listing.

Measurements:

Dual 3 1/2" inlets on the "Y" pipe.

5" inlet / outlet of muffler.

Muffler only is 18" long.

Overall length is about 40".

Howe 2 into 1 mufflers come in different lengths to meet various sound limits. All of the straight through design mufflers produce the same power and torque as an equal length of straight tubing the same diameter. When used in combination with the Howe Y-pipe you will see significant increases in torque over fixed baffle mufflers. Bends and restrictions should be kept to a minimum after the muffler to maximize torque performance. All 2 into 1 mufflers have 7" cases.

The Y-pipe is the key to the performance of a 2 into 1 exhaust system. The length and taper of each stage is critical. Whether you use a muffler or a straight pipe a Howe Y-pipe will maximize the benefit of your exhaust system.

Save money with us, as this muffler normally sells for $130 and the Y pipe sells for $70.

The Abarth 500C & Abarth Punto Evo - UK Goodwood Debut You would be forgiven for thinking that the centre of the universe has moved to somewhere close to Chichester on the English South Coast. And for all things petrolhead – at least for this weekend – it has. Because anyone who loves cars is making the annual pilgrimage to the Goodwood Festival of Speed and every car maker worth their salt tries to do something new at Goodwood.

Northumbria University degree show 2010

Fri, 06 Aug 2010

Northumbria University's Transportation Design undergraduate degree course has gained a strong reputation over its relatively short history. Once an entirely independent course, it is now more closely aligned with the Design School's highly regarded Industrial Design program. This year, 16 students displayed a wide range of projects from traditional automotive designs through to more product design work as disparate as storage and even a publishing solution.

Mazda RX-8 facelift (2008): first official pictures

Sun, 13 Jan 2008

By Ben Pulman First Official Pictures 13 January 2008 10:47 Mazda’s facelifted RX-8 arrived at the Detroit Motor Show, and it’s more of a mild nip and tuck than a drastic overhaul. Mazda hasn’t suddenly dropped in a V6 or anything like that – so far over 165,000 rotary-engined RX-8s have been sold and Mazda doesn’t want to mess with a recipe that works. That means it’s still a four-door, four seater with 'Freestyle' (suicide to you and me) doors, and a unchanged 1.3-litre turbine engine available in 189bhp and 228bhp states of tune.
