Been on the backs of cars/trucks and the elements for no telling how long so they are not perfect. They have missing/faded paint. All with misl. scratches some being very minor with others being more noticeable. A couple with drill holes, a missing letter,or other damage. Own a real piece of American auto history. The day's of putting a big hulking piece of advertising on a car are over. Size matters in auto company survival, Renault and Nissan CEO Carlos Ghosn told an audience in Detroit on Tuesday. To cope with the escalating costs and scope of a global industry, successful automakers must complete a trifecta--be able to compete in every technology, every market and every segment, Ghosn said during a luncheon speech at the Detroit Economic Club “No 3 million-unit carmaker can make it,” Ghosn said, explaining why his Renault-Nissan alliance forged an alliance with Germany's Daimler AG. Competency in one or two of the three skills is not enough, and only very large companies can afford all three, he said.

Audi plans range of eco-friendly vehicles, report says

The British magazine Car reports that Audi's top executives have approved plans for an entire range of environmentally friendly vehicles to be launched over the next six years. The eco-friendly lineup includes five vehicles, dubbed E1 through E5, according to the report. The range includes a small city car, dubbed the E1, that will use the platform shown with Volkswagen's Up concept but with an entirely new body design.

If you attended our Car Design Night at this year's Geneva motor show, you may well have seen the U-Box concept vehicle parked outside the entrance. Developed by Huntsman Advanced Materials, this 'last mile' delivery vehicle is a showcase of the company's composite materials expertise. "The D3 Group [based in Paris] designed the car and also came up with the idea of 'last-mile delivery'," explains Harald Wiedemann, Vice President of Huntsman Advanced Materials (EMEAI).
