In 2008 we had these Husky mid-pipe guards manufactured back in 2007 when these bikes were brand new. We just did some cleaning and found a box of 30 of them. Once these are sold there will be no more!! Retail back in the day was $40 + Shipping, we want these gone quickly so we're doing $30 shipping included.

This is a Canadian made stainless steel Husqvarna mid pipe guard. As you can see it fits the area well giving you lots of gripping surface, it allows the heat to escape without burning your $200 pants, and uses all factory mounting locations for a clean and easy install.

New 2011 / 2012 Ferrari 612 is 4×4 Shooting Brake

Fri, 31 Dec 2010

The 2011 / 2012 Ferrari 612 will be a 4x4 Shooting Brake (render by Vandenbrink design) Last month we had an email in from Argentina pointing us towards spy shots published by Autoblog Argentina which seemed to be of an all wheel drive Ferrari 612. Which tied in very well with the story we ran over a year ago when we reported that a 4×4 platform for the next Ferrari 612 was a certainty, just six months after we reported Ferrari were working on four wheel drive hybrid propulsion system. But the Ferrari 4×4 setup is very different to the permanent all wheel drive system used by Lamborghini.

Sun, 28 Oct 2012

Red Bull on the front row, McLaren on the second and Ferrari on the third. Can Vettel take another lights to flag win in the 2012 Indian F1 race? It was a nice simple starting grid for the 2012 Indian Grand Prix: Sebastian Vettel on pole with team mate Mark Webber alongside; Lewis Hamilton in third with Jenson Button alongside and Fernando Alonso in fifth with Felipe Massa alongside.

Bonneville broadcast will add pepper to the salt

Wed, 31 Jul 2013

If you've ever been to Bonneville during Speed Week, you know what a thrilling corner of the motorsports world the place occupies: standing out on the endless, blazing-white expanse of salt, hearing the cars before you see them, seeing first the roostertail of salt rocketed into the air, then the tallest part of the rear fin, then the car itself, blasting over the curvature of the Earth, followed by engine cutoff, popping chutes, deceleration and the giddy celebration of driver and crew as yet another record falls. But most people -- those with jobs, kids, responsibilities (where are your priorities, people???) -- will never get a chance to go. So this year, the Southern California Timing Association has made a deal to broadcast audio of the entire Speed Week live, as it happens, direct from the salt, on the fabulous internet.
