SHIPPING INFORMATION:

 

We ship USPS and UPS.

Most orders will ship USPS, but we may ship UPS depending on the weight, size, or value of the items.

Domestic Shipping:

• USPS Priority is normally 1-3 day shipping 
• USPS Express is normally 1-2 day shipping 
• UPS is normally 1-5 day shipping
  

International Shipping:

• USPS Priority is normally 6-10 day shipping 
• USPS Express is normally 3-6 day shipping

International shipping times are estimates, different countries might have longer delays than others.

International orders may be charged customs fees, depending on which country we are shipping to. These must be paid by the recipient, and are not paid by us.

Returns must be sent back to us in the same condition that you recieved them in. We charge 20% restocking fee for items not returned as new and un-opened. Buyer pays all return shipping costs

Note: Shipping costs should be combined by ebay's software when you Commit To Buy when you are buying multiple items. If this does not work, contact us and we will fix it for you using the Ask Seller for New Total option.

If your item arrives defective or not as described, please contact us immediately and we will sort it out as soon as possible. We do not accept returns on electrical parts.

Any order shipped to California will be charged 8% sales tax.

RETURN POLICY

 

All returns must be pre-approved by Watercraft Werks and accompanied by a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA).

Invoice must accompany all returns
No returns on electrical parts, service manuals, tools or special orders (New or used)
No refunds on shipping charges unless as a direct result of a Watercraft Werks error
20% restocking fee on all returned parts unless as a direct result of a Watercraft Werks error
Parts must be returned unused and in the same condition as when purchased
No returns after 14 days from date of purchase.

The customer understands that in making a purchase from Watercraft Werks, there are no other expressed or implied warranties of any nature, and agrees to be subject to the above conditions. All returns must be accompanied by a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number, which must be obtained via email or phone from Watercraft Werks before any parts are returned. If the RGA number is not written on the outside of the shipping box, the unopened package will be returned to the purchaser. All returns must be postage paid; return shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must be packaged properly; we are not liable for damage to returns that occur as a result of improper packaging. Watercraft Werks will issue a refund or credit only for clean and unopened sealed parts, less shipping and 20% restocking and handling fee. We appreciate your understanding, and thank you for your business.

 

HYDROTURF:

We stock many hydroturf kits and sheets of hydroturf material.

Most of the kits that we stock come in Black, Cut Groove, without 3m.

Most of the seat covers we stock look like what's in the picture on the listing.

Most of the sheets we stock do not have 3m on them.

If we do not have it in stock, orders will take 3-10 work days to make.

Production is closed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.


Please send a note to us through ebay messages ASAP if you want a specific style. If no notes are recieved by us, you will get the stock style:

• Mat Kits and Boat Kits - Black, Cut Groove 
• Seat Covers - Same as what's on the picture
  

Mat kits can be made with 3m for an additional $15.

Mat kits can also be made 2-Tone for an additional $20.


Sheets can be made with 3m for an additional $30-$40, depending on the size.


Boat kits come with 3m by default.

Boat kits can also be made 2-Tone for an additional $60.
