6”x 6” (7) Plate (6 Cell) (3) Port Dry Cell Generator.

This Dry Cell Generator stands above them all. 6” x 6” x ½” DuPont™ Corian® Solid Polymer End Plates, Colors may vary, (8) 1/4"-20 6/6 Nylon Thru Bolt / Washer / Lock-Nut Construction, 20 Gauge 5” x 5” 316L Stainless Steel Precision Machined Power and Neutral Plates, Extra Circulation with Four Internal Gas/ Electrolyte Ports, (3) Three 1/4-18 NPT to 3/8" Barbed Elbows: (One Input, One Output and One drain), (1) 3/8" Barb Easy On-Off In-line Nylon Shutoff Valve.  High Temperature Commercial Neoprene 60 Durometer Gaskets 1/8” and 1/16”. (2) Stainless Steel Bolt and Lock-Nut Electrical Connections.  (2) High Temperature #12- #10 Terminals made from Nickel Plated Steel and are good for temperatures up to 900°F at 600 Volt Rated.

Thru Bolt Construction:  This is the Best method of construction; even torque over the entire surface, no leaks or distortion. Most Dry Cell Generators are not thru hole design due to the high manufacturing cost.

DuPont™ Corian® Solid Polymer End Plates:  A great material that will last for many years of service, will not crack or distort consider how durable a countertop must to be.

High Temperature Commercial Neoprene 60 Durometer Gaskets:  Just the best you can use.

Chemically resistant to the corrosive electrolytes (KOH) at the correct Durometer for Dry Cell Generator construction.

(3) Three 1/4-18 NPT to 3/8" Barbed Elbows: (One Input, One Output and One drain).

Temperature Range -50 degrees Fahrenheit to 275 degrees Fahrenheit - Pressure 150 psi at 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Made from 6/6 nylon - exhibits strength, moderate stiffness, high service temperature, high impact resistance and tensile strength. Our Fittings have a 15% Larger Port then most for superior Gas and Electrolyte Flow.  Resistant to fuels, lubricants, KOH and many chemicals. Automotive industry approvals.

Optional Fitting Size and Type:

Your choice of 1/4", 3/8” or 1/2” Barbed Elbows or Straight Adapters, mix and match.

You must leave a note/ email to seller at checkout.

Our Product is made of the highest quality materials with a superior design to all others.  Design features include precision machined thru hole ½” DuPont™ Corian® Solid Polymer End Plates.  Corian® has proven itself over many years as a high quality product.  Precision machined thru hole 316L stainless Steel plates.  By drilling thru holes in the plates you can apply equal torque to the 8 housing bolt without distortion. This prevents any warping of the plates, and eliminates leaking (unlike all the other cheep, cracking, leaking dry cells on the market).

The drain elbow is very convenient when cleaning; connect a length of 3/8" hose with the easy On-Off valve.

Heavy duty precision water-jet cut thru hole high temp neoprene gaskets, HEAVY DUTY 1/2” wide high temp. Neoprene, made to last, not cheep flimsy O-rings.  Internally it uses 1/8” and 1/16” gaskets, 1/8” at the end plates for extra cooling and flow & 1/16” at the plates for superior current flow, this allows for a lesser concentrate of KOH.  The thicker the gaskets the greater the electrolyte must be for current transfer.

Additionally the 316L SS plates have four internal ports, this allows for the maximum amount of electrolyte and gas flow possible. This permits the generator to run much cooler, with no hot-spots. The gasket also uses a special design to maintain exact spacing between the plates, again preventing hot-spots. We recommend KOH (Potassium Hydroxide) as the electrolyte. Read, understand and adhere to all proper MSDS safety and product handling procedures of KOH.  The GS-5507 design allows use of the direct connect Brut Force method or a PWM.  Compare apples to apples with any Dry Cell and you will see this is a quality product that is built to last. We carry a full line of replacement and upgrade parts for easy care of the Dry Cell.  You will find it very difficult to come close to our design, quality, and price if you built it yourself.  (((Made in the USA)))...

You will hear many fascinating facts about HHO from the self proclaimed garage experts.  We found that the vast majority of the information is just not true.  We test our products on the highways connected to vehicles, not in the garage on the workbench.

This Generator requires significantly less KOH to operate, making it much safer.  The reason is the decrease in Cells increases the power in each Cell.  Our design allows maximum electrolyte flow to control the temperature.

All of our Generators will perform at much Greater Output Levels; our figures are based on the optimal current per Generator.  Slight environmental differences such as, temperature and barometric pressure will change the statistics slightly, but overall it is a good rule of thumb.

Keep in mind that to high of a Voltage per cell is what creates the excessive Heat; you want to stay close to 2.5v per cell.

It is kind of a trade-off between voltage, heat, production and Safety.

The higher the voltage per cell significantly reduces the concentration of the electrolyte required, less KOH and a safer mix.

Example:  At 20a this Generator will produce 1.253 LPM of HHO.

This Generator Handles the Power, Runs Cool and Hard, Electrolyte Stays Clean , No Overheating No Foaming No Headaches.

Plate and Gasket Configuration:       1/2" 1/8” – 1/16” n 1/16” n 1/16” n 1/16” n 1/16” + 1/8” 1/2"

Dimensions:  6” x 6” x 1-3/4” Without Barbed Fittings.

Nylon 6/6 is a thermoplastic with outstanding resistance to organic chemicals, acids and alkalis. Nylon wears well against other surfaces; Tensile strength of this material is 12,000 psi (pounds per square inch). Nylon 6/6 material whose important properties include high tensile and flexural strength, stiffness, excellent heat deflection temperature, and superior abrasion and wear resistance.

European Grand Prix (2012) RESULT

Sun, 24 Jun 2012

With Sebastian Vettel on pole and Lewis Hamilton alongside it looks like normal service is being resumed at the 2012 European Grand Prix. But is it? Tyres have dictated results as much as cars and drivers in the 2012 Grand Prix Circus, leading to seven different winners in the first seven Grand Prix of 2012.

One Lap of the Web: Packards -- Ask the man who knows way too much about one

Wed, 23 Apr 2014

-- For some light Wednesday reading, here's more information than you ever wanted to know about Packard. It includes the horrible neoclassics that plagued the 1970s, and the 1995 revival of the Packard name that attempted to stick a shortened rendition of the famous Packard grille in front of a 440-hp V12, all wrapped in a shape that looked like a melted Twix, as shown above. Our august associate editor Graham Kozak owns a Packard, so he could have filled us in on the details.

Car Design of the Year 2008

Mon, 26 Jan 2009

This is your last chance to vote for your favorite car designs of 2008. Your votes will decide which design teams will be presented an award by the CDN team at the Geneva auto show in March, with prizes being given to the best vehicle in the concept and production car categories. We'll announce the results of the online survey next week, so cast your vote now!
