The ICON 58560 Upper Control Arm kit for the 2007+ Toyota Tundra are built to provide added strength and to help correct alignment geometry on lifted applications. When using adjustable height coil overs, a Bilstein Adjustable Lift Height Shock, or spacer style lifts there is a reduction in caster and a change in camber. The Tundra needs the correct amount of caster and camber to handle properly and the design of the ICON upper arm takes this into consideration. ICON designed their upper arm kit to INCREASE the amount of caster and at the same time provide more negative camber. This design will help keep the front end aligned in the middle of the factory specifications which helps to provide better handling, a reduction in wandering, and better tire wear. Please note however that this upper control arm should not be used on stock height models. Use of this upper control arm kit on a stock height Tundra will result in too much negative camber as the ICON upper control arm is shorter than the factory arm. This arm is NOT compatible with the Fabtech 6" Lift! This ICON # 58560 Billet Aluminum Upper Control Arm kit is an awesome combination when paired with a set of ICON 2.5" Series Coil Over Shocks.
