This is an auction of one Dearborn - Eaton, Dearbo Model B reverse gear case. It is clean and crack free and has no defects that I can see. Slight corrosion damage on the bottom of the flywheel housing area. These reverse gear assemblies were used on many boats with the Ford Interceptor engines. Some of those boats were Chris Craft, Century, Correct Craft and quite a few others. I am including the dip stick which doesn't show in the photos. This would be a good case to have if you wanted to change an A model reverse gear to a B or if you have broken a case while disassembling a reverse gear. New Bentley Continental GT Speed hits 205mph (video)
Wed, 22 Aug 2012With the new Bentley Continental GT Speed about to get its public debut at the Moscow Motor Show we have new video of the GT Speed hitting 205mph. We had the news this morning that the Bentley Continental GT and GTC are both getting the new 8-speed ZF gearbox to make them both quicker and more economical, a new feature for the W12 engined Bentleys that’s also shared by the new Continental GT Speed. The GT Speed is due to get its public debut at the Moscow Motor Show next week, and as a bit of a PR trailer for its public debut Bentley has released new video of the GT Speed doing what it does very well – going quickly.

Mon, 21 Oct 2013The 2014 Audi A8 (pictured) costs from £58,800 Audi revealed its facelift for the A8 and S8 back in August but now, with first new A8 deliveries due in the UK in January 2014, Audi has managed to come up with a price for almost the entire A8 range (and the S8). The starting price for the new A8 starts at £58,800 for the 3.0 TDI quattro (the FWD A8 has bitten the dust) rising to a substantial £79,900 for the 4.0 TFSI quattro S8. So far, they haven’t come up with a price for the range-topping 6.3 W12 LWB A8.
