Fees

There will be 6.875% MN state sales tax charged to Minnesota residents on all items, 7.375% for local residents,. There may be a handling fee of $5.00 on some items, and a $20 charge for pallets on truck shipments. All large items will be shipped by motor carrier.

Shipping

For United States shipping, small items go out by UPS calculator. If you are from Alaska or Hawaii please let us know if asking for shipping quote. We don't ship to P.O boxes unless it will fit in a standard size mailbox.  Truck shipments are only available to business addresses with forklift or dock. Please include your PHONE NUMBER for shipping. Shipping costs will vary due to size of package and weight.

Delivery

Items are usually shipped within three days of payment, or twice a week. If you are in a hurry for an item please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.

 

Refunds & Returns

Winning bidder assumes all responsibility for items purchased.  We try to describe all items as accurately as possible, but occasionally we may miss a detail specific to the item.  If you are unsure PLEASE ASK questions...We will gladly take an item back with a full refund if the item in question was not reasonably described in the listing.   Refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving package.  Buyer is responsible for return charges, unless it is our mistake and we want the item returned.  We will work with you. Returned items must include the original packaging and paper work. If damage occurs during shipping you must notify us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipper. Again, the box it came in must be saved for insurance. Truck freight items make sure you know what you are bidding on there will be no refunds on truck freight.
