Jaguar E-Type - Series 1, 1.5, & 2 - LH Sill Rear Closing Panel - BD20162 This is one LH Sill Rear Panel that forms the outer edge of the rear bulkhead, directly forward of the rear wheel - it is one section of Jaguar Part # BD20162, which is the entire rear lower bulkhead panel and runs the entire width of the car. It fits all short-wheelbase Series 1, 1.5, and 2 cars, including Coupes (FHC) and Roadsters (OTS). It does NOT fit 2+2's, or long-wheelbase cars. It is formed from cold-rolled steel and patterned after the original piece. It is guaranteed to be correct in every dimension, including the thickness, curvature, and hole size, shape, and placement. The version of this panel from other suppliers is formed incorrectly! This is another panel that we are only just now offering, because it has taken us this long to get the pattern right! The curvature of the outer edge is critical, and on other supplier's version of this panel, it is located wrong and does not fit the outer sill very well. This either results in one of two nightmares - you put the outer sills on first, and then find that this panel is too large and cannot be fitted, or worse, you put this panel on first, and then you're in BIG TROUBLE when you go to put the outer sill on!
