Audi to build cars that can predict the future

Combining the work of its own Electronics Research Laboratory in Silicon Valley with four leading US research universities, the eventual aim is that this new technology will essentially be able to predict the future. We can’t complain that the new Skoda Rapid hasn’t been well and truly flagged up by Skoda as a new Skoda to fill a gap between the Fabia and Octavia. The Skoda MissionL from Frankfurt last year was the concept for the new Rapid and the Rapid itself got a preview at the Beijing Motor Show in April.
TomTom unveils latest navigation system
Wed, 05 Jan 2011TomTom’s Go 2505 M Live navigation system debuted on Wednesday at the 2011 International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. The new system will be the first to offer TomTom’s HD traffic service, which provides drivers with accurate information for all major roads in real time and which updates every two minutes. The new system also includes voice recognition and Bluetooth hands-free calling.
