This auction is for a pair of Jaguar XJ6 front turn signal lenses in amber L823 R/H and L/H. They are both free of cracks and have good color. The left hand lens seems to have a bit more shine to it so the right hand must have seen a little more use. Please refer to pictures for overall condition. With the 1980 Paris Motor show approaching and no new model to unveil, Citroën needed something to wow the crowds on its home turf. Trevor Fiore – who followed Robert Opron as the head of Citroën Design for a short time – gave the go-ahead for an innovative concept starting from a blank sheet of paper. The final concept was named Karin, and it was nothing short of breathtaking.

Volvo is working on cordless charging for electric cars

Imagine not having to actually exit and plug in your electric car (assuming you have an electric car to plug in), and instead just parking it over a special parking spot. That's the promise of a new technology that Volvo is working on, and if taken to the mass market once made commercially viable, it means electric cars will be able to recharge just by sitting over a charger built into the parking spot's surface. That would certainly eliminate the need for those bulky upright chargers that are spreading around the country.

Hyundai Blue2 is Hyundai's future - not electric cars We were beginning to think that we were a lone voice in the wilderness crying about the futility of the headline dive in to developing electric cars. But we’re not – Hyundai has decided to eschew electric car development. Hyundai has declared that in future they are to concentrate on hybrid car development (which we still feel offers a negative cost/benefit advantage for cheaper cars) and hydrogen fuel cells – of which we approve enormously.
