But tonight we’ll get the second of the new crop of ultimate supercars being tested with Richard Hammond off to the Yas Marina circuit to play with the Porsche 918 Spyder. Will the Porsche 918 Spyder be more impressive and, more importantly, quicker than the incredible McLaren P1 as Hammond gets to grips with its 4.6 litre 600bhp V8 and 275bhp electric motors?

Court battle over driver using Google Glass

A CALIFORNIA WOMAN has pleaded not guilty to what is believed to be the first traffic offence alleging a motorist was using Google's new computer-in-glasses invention. The device, known as Google Glass, features a thumbnail-size transparent display above the right eye. The technology will not be made widely available to the public until next year, but Cecilia Abadie was one of about 10,000 "explorers" who received the glasses earlier this year as part of a try-out.

Its eighth report reveals how green and clean the UK industry is becoming - slowly. The headline figures will grab your attention: a cut in total annual CO2 emissions by 36.5 percent over the past four years.
