Volvo commits to plug-in diesel hybrids in 2012

The 2012 replacement for the V70 - which won't necessarily be a conventional estate - will have a premium range-topper powered by a plug-in diesel-electric powertrain. And it’s a convincing looking urban SUV. Aiming to take a piece of the market from the Nissan Juke and its like – the ‘Funky Urban Warrior – the iV-4 is scheduled to be an addition to the Suzuki family, rather than a replacement for the Jimny or Grand Vitara, and fits below the new SX4 S-Cross in size.

Wed, 03 Jun 2009New Renault Scenic prices announced for the UK Renault are making big play of how cheap the new Scenic is, saying it costs over £2,000 less than the Ford C-Max, and the new range starts at over £2,000 less than the old model. Which, in these constrained times, is not bad news at all. But the range of Scenic models and options is a little confusing, to say the least.
