Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express We only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses Items will not ship until payment is received and cleared. Handling time on orders starts once the payment has cleared. If you have bid or purchased any items from us you are stating that you understand the terms and conditions and agree to them. If you have any questions please call us at 801-896-4778. All payments must be received within 7-10 business days. All international orders must be paid with PayPal. International Buyers please be aware that all Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what the additional costs with be prior to purchasing. Any charges will normally be collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. These are not additional shipping charges. We do not mark any merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts". US and International Governments regulate these types of actions and prohibit such actions.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

We combine shipping on multiple items that are ordered at the same time. Please order the items you like and before payment we will combine shipping for you. We will always make sure we are giving you the best option for combined shipping. Combined shipping doesn't always mean it's going to be the same cost as any one of the items purchased. All posted shipping prices are for the continental US and for HI, AK, AP and FPO. For international shipping quotes please email us.

POLICIES:

Refunds are given if pre-approved. All returned items must be returned unused in their original packaging and a restocking fee up to 20% may apply.

We do not refund shipping and handling charges or any other unforseen charges. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours. If insured a refund will be given after insurance claim has been settled with shipping company.

All items are shipped from our warehouse within 2-5 business days AFTER payment has cleared. International orders can take up to two (2) days longer. After that you should allow for transit times by carrier. Please check your ebay record and the messages tab for shipping confirmation. If you cannot find a tracking number in your ebay record for your purchased item from RST Garage then please email us your name, address, and item number and we will forward one to you.

Some items are longer ship items due to factory build times or manufacturing runs. Please note this in auctions before bidding. Most manufacturers are reducing inventory loads so some items may take longer to ship.

Jeep OEM style parts are great replacements for your stock Jeep parts. While we try to keep all items in stock they are ordered in bulk and from time to time can be on order status. If your item cannot be shipped in the time frame on the auction we will notify you via email.
