This is an NOS power cable. This was found with a bunch of jeep surplus. It is 52 inches long and is copper cored. It has two ring connectors and has a thick rubber sleeve protecting it. I think it could be a radio wire or something. It is a little bigger around than a standard pencil. I am sure it can be cut and made shorter for your application.
