New Zenos E10 British sports car revealed

But despite its relatively fledgling nature, the company has got big plans for its new E10 sports car. It’s aiming to take on Lotus, Ariel and Caterham for the lightweight British sports car crown, and with former Caterham chief executive officer Ansar Ali and chief operating officer Mark Edwards – along with ex-Caterham employee Chris Weston – Zenos has certainly got the expertise to succeed.
Hyundai Veloster Turbo gets 400bhp
Tue, 16 Oct 2012Hyundai in the US has created a Veloster for this year’s SEMA show – the Hyundai Velocity – with a 400bhp Cosworth makeover. SEMA show cars are always extreme and always completely over the top, but they do show just what can be done with mainstream cars when car makers are let off the leash of marketing constraints. This year Hyundai is out playing, and as well as creating a Genesis Coupe with Cosworth power they’ve also taken the new Hyundai Veloster Turbo and created a 400bhp monster SEMA car.
Few cars perform well in new insurance group crash test

The first batch of 11 luxury and near-luxury cars put to the test by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety didn't fare so well--only three were rated as good or acceptable. The test rams the front corner of a car into a fixed barrier at 40 mph.
