 Nicely marked and in unused condition is this vintage bypass oil filter that used a roll of toilet paper for the filter element. It was made by John Frantz in Modesto California. It has never been used and retains its original sticker and nice bright chrome. Scrape on the front of the sticker and scratches to the chrome from shelf wear.
