These decals are made for a Johnson V4 outboard motor. With some paint and these decals you can make that old motor look like new. You will receive. 1- starboard side decal, 1- port side decal, rear and front decals as pictured. Decals can be used on V4 hoods from 1985 through late 1990's where the sides measure20 inches ( 50.8 cm ). For hoods that measure 24 inches (61 cm) look for our store listing, Johnson Outboard Decals big block V4 late 1980's. These are not OEM. Design and colors will differ from originals. Colors are white, red, silver metallic, over black, made from vinyl rated at 6 years outdoor. Design is from 1989. You may request with purchase black/red stripes, and black lettering over silver metallic as in the 1988 style pictured in item description. These decals wrap from the sides to the rear and end near applique. Total length measurement at the bottom is 28.5 Inches X 5.75 inches for side decals. You may or may not have appliques or may choose not to keep the appliques. You can trim the decals to best fit at the rear if you choose not to use applique and just front and rear decals provided. If you want the front and rear decals to fit inside your specific appliques please provide measurements as appliques sizes vary from year to year. Default size sent is 4 7/8 x 6 1/8 for front and rear decals. Choose what ever horsepower number you require for the V4 80 hp through 135 Hp.. Decals will be mailed as pictured with the number 90 unless otherwise requested. Use note to seller to confirm hp number you require to speed up process. You may also request 88 SPL for these decals. 88SPL will be on the side decals and SPL will replace VRO on the front and rear decals. 88 SPL decals are also listed. I will include easy to follow instructions. |

Ford completes $14 million overhaul at its German design studio
Thu, 05 Jul 2012Ford has opened a $14.5 million expansion of its design studios at Merkenich-Cologne in Germany. Global design work for Ford's subcompact and compact vehicles, including the Fiesta and the Focus, is done at the center, which is close to the automaker's Cologne factory where the Fiesta is built. The expansion is the largest since the studios were constructed in 1968 and increases the size by about 32,300 square feet to about 172,000 square feet.
