Lokinen Geneva motor show 2009 blog
Tue, 10 Mar 2009By Lokinen Motor Shows 10 March 2009 12:00 Getting To Base Camp Thannon It had all gone too well. Having failed to secure accommodation near the centre of Geneva, I’d easily managed to get an apartment in the same block as my two forum blogger colleagues, Robbie (1977) and Mark (car4mh). I’d also, purely by chance, managed to get a flight that landed ten minutes before Robby’s flight into Geneva which meant that we could jointly figure out the best way to get the 35k/m from the Airport to Thannon Le Bain, over the border in France and split the cost if necessary.

Fri, 16 Feb 2007By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 16 February 2007 09:47 Toyota Hybrid X: the lowdown Toyota's love affair with the hybrid continues: it'll show this Hybrid X at the Geneva Motor Show next month, hinting at a second Toyota hybrid to sell alongside the Prius. More excitement, less prosaic ordinariness, is the order of the day.
Bugatti Veyron Bleu Centenaire – first details
Tue, 03 Mar 2009Bugatti Veyron Bleu Centenaire - another Veyron Limited Edition appears at Geneva '09 [ad#ad-1] We had a pretty good idea this was coming, as we reported last week, but the Bugatti Veyron Bleu Centenaire has appeared at the Geneva Motorshow last night. Contrary to expectations, it would appear that the Bleu Centenaire carries the stock 1001bhp Veyron engine and not, as was much speculated upon, a boosted version. Still, it looks like Bugatti have had the paring scissors out, and the reduced weight of the Bleu Centenaire should trim the Veyrons already awesome 0-60 time by a tenth or two.
