This is a custom hand picked highly corrosion resistant, attractive, and durable stainless steel hardware screw kit to replace many of the stock fasteners on your motorcycle. The Kawasaki KLR 650 early stainless screw kit is a very high quality, well thought out, and extremely detailed and large kit. This very intense 180+ piece screw kit contains A2-70 and stronger A2-80 grade metric stainless steel designed specifically for the very versatile KLR650. Do not be surprised if you find higher corrosion resistant A4 hardware in our kits. The step-by-step instructions are written in plain English and are easy to follow. Our screws are Button, Cap, and Flat Head style requiring common Hex key tools. This is a very complete and even includes the nylon windscreen washers. The KLR fasteners are separated into 9 zip lock bags and clearly labeled according to screw type and location. Assembly instructions correspond to bag ID. Difficulty level: medium. Petrolhead spiders cause Mazda recall
Mon, 07 Apr 2014Mazda has had to recall 42,000 vehicles in the US after it emerged that a species of spider had been weaving webs in fuel vent hoses, increasing the risk of fuel leaks and fires. The yellow sac spider’s curious domestic activities cause a build-up of pressure in the evaporative fuel vent that – in theory at least – could result in a cracked fuel tank and therefore an increased risk of fire. This isn’t the first time that the Mazda 6 has received the unwanted advances of a gas-guzzling arachnid, either – three years ago Mazda had to recall over 50,000 cars for precisely the same reason.
