Your satisfaction is our goal, and we work hard to make sure you have the right part at a fair price. We do our best to describe parts in as much detail as possible. If you need further information, please ask.

All used parts listed are in good, working condition, unless otherwise noted, but may require some cleaning and/or polishing to restore their original luster. Please expect used parts to show normal wear and tear from usage according to mileage and year of manufacture. All used items are sold "as-is," without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied.

All new parts are brand new and unused. Some may have minor imperfections which will be noted in the listing.

Items pictured in our listings are usually photos of the exact part, but may, on occasion, be stock, representative photos, and may not depict the exact part you will receive. In cases where a stock photo is used, you will receive the correct part/accessory regardless of the photograph.

You must verify fitment of all parts and apparel before agreeing to buy. Orange City Cycle is not responsible for incorrect fitment, even when we post guidelines for fitment on a particular listing. Any guidelines posted are for reference only, and are not intended to be definitive or exhaustive. You must do your own research prior to purchase, and, once received, you must visually inspect your item for defects prior to mounting, trying on, or removing tags and/or labels. If you install, mount or use an item despite an obvious flaw, we cannot be responsible for any consequences, and will be unable to process a return.

You assume all liability for installing new or used parts. Orange City Cycle is not responsible for incorrect installation, and will not accept improperly installed items for return.

We are available Monday through Friday, 9am - 6pm, EST for inquiries. We are only able to process orders and ship items Tuesdays through Thursdays; thank you for your patience.

No warranties are implied, expressed or provided by Orange City Cycle. Most new items carry a manufacturers warranty; you must contact the manufacturer directly regarding warranty claims.

We accept payment via PayPal only. Please do not agree to buy if you are unable to pay via PayPal. Thank you.

Please note: PayPal holds all E-checks for up to 10 business days before releasing funds. We are unable to ship your order until payment clears.

Payment for your order must be received within 7 business days of your commitment to buy. In the case where this does not occur, Orange City Cycle will begin an Unpaid Item Claim in eBay's Resolution Center.

Sales tax of 6.5% will be added to all orders shipped or billed to a Florida address. All motorcycle frames will be charged a 6.5% sales tax, regardless of your location.

If you are unhappy with your transaction, please contact us to attempt resolution. We desire to receive and leave positive feedback; let's work together to be mutually beneficial to each other in the eBay community.

If/when you agree to buy an item, it will be assumed that you have read through all our policies and are agreeing to abide by all our policies. If you find a policy that you are unable to accept, please do not agree to buy.

You are responsible for all shipping charges to your location, including insurance, tracking, and packaging materials. These will all be reflected in your total shipping cost.

We primarily use USPS (1st Class or Priority Mail), and, occasionally, UPS or FedEx. If you need an item quickly, please contact us before purchase.

Most items ship within 3-5 business days (our weekly hours are Tuesday through Friday, 9am to 6pm EST). If we are unable to ship your item(s) in a timely manner, we will contact you to let you know. Some larger items may take 2-3 business days longer to crate and box due to their size and availability of packing materials.

Please allow 2-10 business days to receive your item once it ships, depending on your proximity to our Central Florida location.

We are happy to combine shipping on some items; smaller items aren't usually a problem, but larger items will often have to ship separately. If you've purchased more than one item and would like for us to ship them together and we are able to ship them together, eBay will combine and recalculate shipping charges automatically. If, for some reason, this does not occur, please contact us within 3 business days before paying for your items, so we may write a new invoice. You may click on the "Request Total from Seller" button during checkout.

Please be aware that certain large items may be oversized and subject to an additional surcharge which may not be reflected in the calculated shipping rates.  In such a circumstance, you will be contacted with details prior to shipment.
