These shiny screws will stay beautiful for the life of the motorcycle. Kit is complete, well sorted, and highly detailed with full instructions. The Kawasaki Z1-R and Turbo Kawasaki Z1-R stainless steel screw kit is a very high quality, well thought out, and extremely detailed package. It is a restoration quality kit. This is an immense kit at over 225-pieces consisting of A2-70 and A2-80 grade metric stainless steel screws designed specifically for the awesome Z1R and Z1RTC. Our kit was designed around a 1978 Kawasaki Z1RTC. Do not be surprised if you find higher corrosion resistant A4 hardware in the kit. The step-by-step instructions are written in plain English and are easy to follow. Our screws are Cap, Button, and Flat Head style requiring common Hex key tools. There are some stainless Phillips head self tapping screws in the kit as well.
The Z1R fasteners are separated into 9 zip lock bags and clearly labeled according to screw type and location. Assembly instructions correspond to bag ID. Difficulty level: medium. Buyer need only basic wrenching ability, some free shop time, and common tools. Stainless kits make a great weekend project or gift idea.
