The King KN-75 Remote Glideslope Receiver may be used to add Glideslope capability to King NAV radios with remote Glideslope Channeling. (In fact, with it's universal multi-channeling ability, it may even be used with some non-King NAV radios.)

The KN-75 receives all 40 glideslope channels, allowing you to fly precision ILS approaches everywhere. This unit is also TSO'd.

When installed, the KN-75 will be out of sight, but it will provide a tremendous capability boost to your aircraft!

The King KN-75 may be used with the following equipment:
  • VOR/LOC/Glideslope Indicators
    • KI-209
    • KI-209A
    • KI-204
    • KI-206
    • KNI-520
    • KI-525/525A (from the KCS-55/55A HSI)
  • KX-170B NAV/COMM
  • KX-175B NAV/COMM
The KN-75 may not be used to add Glideslope capability to a KX-155 or KX-165. These NAV/COMMs lack external Glideslope channeling, so the KN-75 would not know what frequency to tune.

Aston Martin V12 Vantage S arrives – the quickest production Aston ever (video)

Wed, 29 May 2013

The new, more powerful, Aston Martin V12 Vantage S arrives Aston Martin has been teasing something ‘Coming soon’ for a few days, and here it is – the new V12 Vantage S. The new S replaces the V12 Vantage (which we knew Aston Martin had stopped building) and gets Aston’s latest AM28 version of the venerable V12 with 565bhp and 457lb/ft of torque thanks to new engine management, combustion chambers and camshafts resulting in more power and a much flatter torque curve. The extra power has pushed the V12 S beyond the 200nph barrier, with the top speed now 205mph and, we assume, a quicker sprint to 62mph, but Aston Martin aren’t letting on how much quicker the V12 S is.

Lexus IS F 2010 Updates

Wed, 24 Mar 2010

The 2010 Lexus IS F The Lexus IS F is almost oxymoronic – a high performance Lexus. We do of course now have the Lexus LFA, but that’s a different kettle of fish altogether. No, the Lexus IS F is a sports saloon in the German sense – big engine, small-ish saloon car.
