Any item that needs to be returned must first receive a RMA number from our Returns Dept. All items to be returned must be in new condition and uninstalled. Warranty does not cover any return shipping charges.Any item returned is subject to restocking and or original shipping fees. Please note that installed items will not be permitted to be returned. |

Shipping is free to the lower 48 United States. Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not part of the lower 48 states and will need to be invoiced for shipping. Most items ship the same day payment is received if payment is received before 2pm EST otherwise the item will ship the following business day. Due to UPS shipping items will not be shipped during holidays observed by UPS. If an item is out of stock or oversold the customer will be notified of the date that the item will be back in stock. International customers and customers located in Hawaii or Alaska will be invoiced for additional shipping charges. Some items will be sent via USPS and others via UPS. Shipping method is determined by Eastern Performance customer service team for the best shipping price with the safe arrival of the package in mind. Today's webinar presented the latest workflows available in CATIA V6 for Creative Designers - a unified industrial design workflow solution to imagine, create, share and experience virtual product design - and introduced the program's new 3D sketching technology, CATIA Natural Sketch. Presented by Xavier Melkonian, Director of CATIA Shape at Dassault Systèmes, and Pierre Maheut, Creative Designer and Product Expert, the complimentary webinar showcased the wealth of possibilities available to creative designers and outlined innovative workflows based on 3D sketching, virtual clay modeling and visualization with interactive raytracing. The software aims to appeal to those looking to boost their design innovation, creativity and expression of 3D sketching and sculpting.
Fourth annual World Automotive Design Competition winners announced

Students were asked to design a world car that has universal appeal. Christophe Charbault, a design student from the Ecole de design at the Universite de Montreal, won the first prize of US $10,000.
Hyundai ix35 / Tucson ix launched
Tue, 25 Aug 2009Hyundai has launched the ix35 / Tucson ix in Korea We reported a few days ago on the new Hyundai Tucson – the Hyundai ix35 in Europe – but we won’t get the release in Europe until Frankfurt, although there will be more dribbles of info before then. Still, interesting to look at the ix35 launch in its home market, where it will be known as the Hyundai Tucson ix. This is yet another car from Hyundai that will create a few waves of consternation amongst established names like Ford and VW.
