Defective parts, including electrical, cannot be replaced or refunded until the manufacturer or distributor deems the product defective. They can either replace or rebuild the part. If a warranty issue arises we will make every effort to assist but all warranties come from the manufacturer or the distributor and they decide what they will take back. Racing legend Carroll Shelby is slowly recovering from a recent health scare and could leave the hospital in the coming weeks. Shelby has been hospitalized after catching the flu, which turned into a case of pneumonia. Shelby, 89, has received heart and kidney transplants over the course of his life and dealt with a number of health issues.
