Late 1960s Johnson Model 20e 20hp Outboard Motor Lower Unit Assembly on 2040-parts.com

Location:

Kendallville, Indiana, United States

Kendallville, Indiana, United States
Used condition, short shaft lower unit, complete, needs some minor work; see full details below.
Brand:Johnson Stroke:2-Stroke Engine(HP):Twenty (20hp) Country//Region of Manufacture:United States Manufacturer Part Number:Unknown

Offered for bid is the complete lower unit assembly removed from a late 1960s Johnson model 20E twenty-horsepower (20hp) outboard motor.  There are three more digits to the model number but the serial number tag has been damaged and those digits are not readable.  This appears to be in good condition but has had a bit of Disneyland mechanical work done to it.  One of the threads for the screws holding the water pump in place seem to have been stripped so someone drilled a hole in the lower housing and used a longer screw to secure it from the outside.  See picture #9 for a close-up shot.  Despite this, the lower unit shifts properly and appears ready to use.  We don't know why it was painted blue over the factory white.  Anyway, bidding starts at just $49.95 and shipping is FREE to bidders within the Lower 48 states.  International bidders see below for a word on shipping.

Shipping -- international bidders are welcome but write for a shipping quote BEFORE you bid, and PayPal is the only form of payment we accept.  Indiana residents will be charged 7% state sales tax.  We at W_Brothers have several other lots up for bid so be sure to click "see other items" for a look.

Toyota Fuel Cell Sedan (2015) revealed: the £40k hydrogen car is here

Wed, 25 Jun 2014

By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 25 June 2014 13:14 Toyota has revealed the final design for its new Fuel Cell Sedan. It's a 'Ronseal', does-what-it-says-on-the-tin choice of name for the car: it is, indeed, Toyota's hydrogen fuel-cell-powered saloon - and this one is coming to a showroom near you sooner than you think. The H2 car may blend concept car cues with Japanese global design blandness, but the Fuel Cell Sedan is significant as much for the numbers involved as the futuristic look.
