This is a fuel pump Over Drive in good condition with 6-10-14 and 22% gears. 3/8" drive key. Clearance on body for the blower belt. With 22% overdrive gear you will need more fuel with a smaller blower pulley. The belt tends to slap so a bit of clearance is needed.

China’s state news agency, Xinhua, reports that the German manufacturer has been found guilty of using its power to control the prices of parts. The Chinese government is cracking down on monopolies and has been accused of being too harsh on companies from abroad.
