This is a lifeline life jacket that has been used one time (I tried it) is in absolutely new condition Has the leg straps. According to Lifeline, this a 120+ MPH jacket. I purchased this in estate sale but not right for my lay down  ydroplane. See original purchase booklet and date of purchase. This style jacket is still very much in use.  This is a XL and was made in 1988.

Nearly half of male drivers admit to having fallen asleep at the wheel, a survey has found. Road safety charity Brake and insurance company Direct Line found that 31% of all drivers admit to ‘head-nodding’ at the wheel – meaning they’ve fallen asleep while driving a car for between two and 30 seconds.
