Listing these as used, but they are new old stock just very dirty from sitting on a barn shelf for years. The guy I got these from said his dad was a pump salesman for various industries and they were unused. Looking in at the impellers you can see they are unused. The exterior needs a complete cleaning as they are very dirty and grimy. You will probably want to take them apart, clean the grimy parts and reassemble them. One is missing the shaft key.

Hyundai ix35 Hydrogen FCEV for £300 a month and free fuel – but only in the U.S.

Fri, 22 Nov 2013

Hyundai Tucson Hydrogen FCEV (pictured) for £300 a month and free fuel – but only in the U.S. It’s very early days for cars powered by hydrogen fuel cells, not least because there’s very little in the way of a refuelling infrastructure in place. But car makers are starting to push FCEVs in a bigger way as production costs fall and performance increases, and Hyundai are at the forefront of this move with the hydrogen-powered ix35 and its US equivalent the Hyundai Tucson.

Maserati GranTurismo S Auto gets a Sports Pack

Wed, 03 Aug 2011

Maserati GranTurismo S Auto - now with Sport Pack for an extra £4k The Maserati GranTurismo S Auto is Maserati’s best-selling car in the UK, and you can see why. It’s good looking in that slightly odd combination of butch and dainty that certain Italian cars manage so well, it’s performance is decent without being earth-shattering and – certainly compared to any other Italian you could consider remotely ’Exotic’ – it’s more sensibly priced, at the right side of £100k. But if there are criticisms to be levelled against the GrandTurismo S they perhaps revolve around its slightly ‘soft’ nature.

Ian Callum on Jaguar

Mon, 23 Dec 2013

Ian Callum never grew up a rich boy, but his friends did. His father worked as a lawyer in Dumfries, a market town of 43,000 in the lower corner of Scotland, where the Solway Firth narrows to a point. When you travel, Callum reminisced, you forget how beautiful it is.
