Up for sale is a set of 6 pistons, connecting rods, and bearings that were included with a project 1957 Chevrolet 3200 that came with a 283 originally. So we assume they are from that motor, but are not sure and I did not see any numbers or markings. However, these are being sold AS-IS with NO guarantees (what you see is what you get).
