You are purchasing the shown lot of three KT76A transponders in CORE condition. These units as sold AS-IS, NOT Working, FOR PARTS.  

One unit has low power output and bad space width. The other two units are bench tested not-working, anything further is unknown.
The center unit in the photos is missing one knob.  And both sides of the faceplate are cracked.  
The top and bottom units have nice faces, with good working knobs, and the sides of the face are not cracked.

Michelin and the College for Creative Studies (CCS) in Detroit, Michigan recently held their 22nd Annual College for Creative Studies Design Competition at the A. Alfred Taubman Center for Design Education. Four CCS transportation students are receiving the exhibition opportunity of a lifetime when their winning designs are displayed in a special Michelin exhibit at the 2011 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) January 10-23, 2011.
