Lunati 351w Ford Bare Bones Hydraulic Flat Tappet Cam Kit
Lunati BareBones is a new line of affordable cams—basic cams to support the successful, premier Voodoo range. Barebones is the perfect choice for high-performance street and mild race engines. These new aggressive hydraulic flat-tappet cams deliver more usable horsepower for your Chevy or Ford than any other engine upgrade available. Barebones cams feature asymmetrical lobe designs, allowing gentler and quieter valve closing and reducing premature valve-train wear. No other hydraulic flat tappet camshaft delivers more durability in a street-friendly low-price package than Lunati’s BareBones. Bare on price and big on performance, this camshaft improves throttle response, acceleration, and maintains good engine vacuum on street machines—it’s simply the best value on the market.

Yes, yes - CAR Online got a bit excited last week and thought it had scooped the new Maserati SUV when it hadn't. But this one is real: Maser showed the new Kubang concept in the metal at the 2011 Frankfurt motor show. If that badge sounds familiar, that's because Maserati showed a concept car bearing the same name at the Detroit auto show 2003.
Art Center College of Design held its annual Summer Degree show at its campus in Pasadena, California on the eve of the Pebble Beach weekend of events. Besides their main crux of thesis projects, nine graduating students in the acclaimed Transportation Design course showcased some of the designs they worked on during their internships and in previous years. Here is a selection of these projects:

Awe's internship project was created while at Volvo in California.
In 1964, the Pontiac Motor Division was headed John DeLorean, who would go on to become one of the automotive industry's most divisive figures. He believed that Pontiac needed a compact, exciting car to compete with the newly launched Mustang and approved funding for the experimental Pontiac two-seat sports-car program, codenamed XP-833. Inspired by another GM show car, the rear-engined Corvair Monza GT from 1963, the lines of the XP-833 were a perfect example of the Coke-bottle bodystyle: long hood, short deck and sweeping fender curves.
