New Bentley to launch at Pebble Beach
Wed, 08 Jul 2009Latest picture of the new 'Grand' Bentley - this time the back end We also get a new picture, which this time shows the back of the new Bentley (the last picture of the Grand Bentley we were teased with was the front). BMW concept X5 eDrive hybrid to debut at 2013 Frankfurt Show
Thu, 22 Aug 2013BMW has released details of a new ultra-efficient prototype version of its X5 off-roader. Called the concept X5 eDrive, the plug-in hybrid SUV will make its world debut at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show next month. It seems as though Frankfurt 2013 is going to be a battle of the luxury hybrids, with the Mercedes-Benz S500 Plug-in Hybrid and the Range Rover hybrid both making their first appearances in Germany, too.
Video: Track-day fun in the Lexus LFA
Thu, 06 Oct 2011As promised, the third installment in our supercar video extravaganza--after the Chevrolet Corvette Z06 and the Porsche GT2 RS--gives you the lowdown on the hyperexotic Lexus LFA and its insane 552-hp V10 powerplant. Best described by senior editor for motorsports Mac Morrison as "shrieking like a melting witch," the Lexus LFA emits a wail unlike anything this side of a Formula One racer, and its performance isn't too far off that mark, either. Check out the walk-around and some on-track fun, then come back for the VBox lap on Friday.
