MadStad adjustable Brackets & Crossbar system with 'Tenere Style' 20" Clear Shield for the Yamaha Super Ténéré XT1200Z (ALL YEARS)

Transform your ride with MadStad RoboBrackets, a patented adjustable wind management system that allows you to control the position and angle of your motorcycle windshield. The result is much smoother airflow, better wind protection and a more comfortable ride than any fixed windshield could ever provide. Why should you try to adapt to your windshield when your windshield can adapt to you?
This is the famous MadStad Adjustable Windshield Mount for the Yamaha Super Ténéré 2012. It replaces the plastic factory bracket making your windshield adjustable for 25 degrees of tilt angle as well as 3" (76 mm) of height, without needing tools, without even getting off the bike! The position adjustment makes your windshield more aerodynamic and allows gobs of air underneath the shield to eliminate any vacuum. This creates smooth airflow and eliminates turbulence, but also allows you to customize the shield position for your particular height and riding position. The difference in ride comfort is like night and day.

This kit includes:
- MadStad brackets
- Crossbar
- 20" 'Tenere Style' CLEAR style shield.

The brackets are made of stainless steel and are powder coated satin-black to blend in nicely with the dashboard. Round fluted knobs make adjustment a snap, even with gloves on, and special rubber inserts provide tremendous grip to hold the brackets in position, even with large after-market shields. Tool-less T-screws allow quick and easy installation and removal of your shield, and of course you can use the MadStad brackets with your stock shield or any other aftermarket windshield made to fit the 2012 Super Ténéré.

The larger 'Tenere Style' Windshield, that measures 20" (500 mm) Tall, will create a larger pocket of still air which translates into a more comfortable ride for you compared to the factory 17" Tall shield.

The horizontal crossbar that is 7/8" (22.2mm) thick is for mounting your GPS unit or smartphone. Simply move your handlebar RAM mount up to our crossbar and your GPS is now much more comfortably in your line of sight. No more tilting your head up, down, up, down to see the screen! The crossbar is stationary so your GPS will not move when you make shield adjustments. Virtually any accessory you can mount to a handlebar, you can mount to our crossbar.

Volvo S60 saloon (2010) unveiled

Tue, 10 Nov 2009

This is the new Volvo S60, and it’s the latest attempt by the Swedish safety-mongers to snatch a share of the small executive saloon market that’s dominated by the 3-series, A4 and C-class. Volvo has only released two exterior photos of the new S60 – we’ll see the interior closer to the car’s Geneva motor show unveil in March 2010 – as it wants to highlight the new car’s design. Under now-departed design chief Steve Mattin, the S60 has been created as the car that will start the differentiation of Volvo design and break the one-size-fits-all focus.
