Shipping Policy
 US Domestic Shipping

Our shipping days end at 12PM Eastern Time.  Your package can take 1-2 days before they ship out due to the volume of shipments we incur.  In some cases, if you pay before 12PM Eastern time, we can ship same day. It all depends on where our products are when you place your order.  We have warehouses all over the USA, so packages can ship from the West Coast, Midwest, or East Coast.

International Shipping via GSP (Global Shipping Program)

Buying an item

When shopping, you may notice that some items can be shipped internationally through the Global Shipping Program.

The Global Shipping Program makes it easier for buyers in some countries outside the US to purchase items from US sellers. The seller ships the item to a global shipping provider located in the US and the global shipping provider ships the item to you.

Using a global shipping provider enables sellers to offer international shipping at competitive rates and may allow items to ship more quickly. In addition, your purchase is eligible for coverage through eBay Buyer Protection and PayPal Buyer Protection.

When you purchase an item through the Global Shipping Program, you receive international tracking at no additional charge and pay any applicable import charges upfront. There are no additional charges at delivery. You'll see an estimate of the international shipping charges and any import charges in the item listing. The final charges appear at checkout.

Import charges include certain fees, such as export classification, importation risk premium, and variance fees, which are assessed by the global shipping provider as part of the services provided by the Global Shipping Program. These fees are in addition to the customs duties and taxes imposed by country tax and customs officials. For additional information about applicable fees, see the eBay Global Shipping Program Buyer Terms & Conditions.

Important things to keep in mind:

The charges that you are quoted in the item listing are not final until paid and may change if, for example, you change your shipping address during checkout or if the applicable import rules change before you complete your payment.
With the exception of shipments to Canada, delivery to P.O. Boxes is not supported by the Global Shipping Program. We also can't deliver to APO or FPO addresses.
Checkout

During checkout, you'll see the final charges which include the item cost, the shipping costs (both domestic and international), and any import charges. The shipping costs include any US domestic shipping fees charged by the seller, as well as program fees, international shipping charges, fuel surcharges, and processing and handling fees.

International shipping charges are calculated based on a number of factors including your delivery address, shipping weight, and package dimensions. A network of shipping carriers is used to provide fast and reliable international shipping at competitive rates.

When you pay for the item through PayPal, you are authorizing 2 payment transactions. The first payment goes to the seller and consists of the item cost and the domestic shipping costs. The second payment goes to the global shipping provider and consists of the international shipping costs and any import charges.

After you've completed checkout, you can review these charges on the Order details page. The Order details page shows the total charges and the payment amounts to the seller and global shipping provider.

Note: The Request total from the seller link is not available for Global Shipping Program purchases. You will see the total, including shipping, after you've purchased the item.

Shipping

After receiving your payment, the seller ships your item to a US shipping center. Professional custom processors at the US shipping center process the package, complete customs forms, pays applicable import charges, and ship the package to the address that you specified at the time of purchase. Items that ship through the Global Shipping Program generally arrive within one week after departing the US shipping center.

Tracking

Once the seller has shipped your item, you'll receive an email letting you know that the item has shipped. The email includes a global tracking number which enables you to track your item as it travels from the US shipping center to you. The global tracking number can also be found in My eBay and on the Order details page.

Return Policy

Returns

wUnderCarParts wants every customer to be completely satisfied with their order. If you aren't, our generous return policy lets you shop with confidence.

For most items we carry, we offer a 30 day return period. If you aren't satisfied with your part, you can obtain an RA ("Return Authorization") number by logging into eBay and clicking the options button under your order with us. We want to know why you're returning the product, and if there's a mistake on our part, we'll do the necessary correction to guarantee your satisfaction. We'll cover return shipping costs by scheduling a time for your product to be picked up from your location and returned to us.

Items covered by this return policy should be in new condition and have all the original parts or accessories included when they are returned. Items that have been installed, but show defects in materials or workmanship, will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The information stated here is a guideline to our return policy. We're always willing to work with you to provide a fair and speedy resolution to any issue.

We always hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, but in the event that you need to return a product, we're here to help. Any packages returned without prior authorization will be refused and sent back at the buyer's expense.  As long as the item is in new, uninstalled condition and is not damaged or is missing parts, you will be refunded, less the original shipping costs, selling fees, and restocking fees that may apply.

Infiniti at Geneva: Infiniti M35 Hybrid (2011)

Wed, 03 Mar 2010

The Infiniti M35 Hybrid gets its first day out at Geneva Infiniti haven’t even got round to launching the latest M Line cars in Europe (and we didn’t even get the last version of the M) but they’re already showing the ‘Eco-M’ – the Infiniti M35 Hybrid – at Geneva this week. If you’re familiar with the Infiniti range of engines (which isn’t all that likely as they’re far from ubiquitous in the UK and Europe) you may be asking yourselves ‘Why M35? Surely the Infiniti would be the M37?’ And you’d have a good point, as the 3.5 litre V6 is the Infiniti engine out of the old M Line (which Europe didn’t get) not the new 3.7 litre (which it will).

Datsun Go boldly goes downmarket

Tue, 16 Jul 2013

The Datsun Go (pictured) has been revealed in India We’ve know since March that Nissan was adding an extra brand name to its portfolio – to add to Nissan and Infiniti – by reaching back in its history to bring the Datsun brand back to life, and we got the first image of what we now know is the Datsun Go at the start of July. Having spent a fortune eradicating Datsun from the minds of buyers and replacing it with Nissan, Nissan are now working to make car buyers in emerging markets fall for the new Datsun Go in the way the UK  did for the first Datsun Sunny in the 1970s. So we get the Datsun Go which is, to all intents and purposes, a Nissan Micra with all the fripperies removed and pitched – initially at least – at the budget end of the car market in India where it will go up against cars like the Hyundai i10 and cost under £5,000 which, entirely coincidentally, is the starting price for the i10.

2006 Michelin Challenge Design seeks vehicle designs for California market

Tue, 08 Feb 2005

Michelin issued a call for entries to the global design community this week to kick off the 2006 Michelin Challenge Design, one of the industry's fastest growing vehicle design forums. In the last four years, Michelin Challenge Design has been the catalyst for students in design universities, design firms, professional designers from top OEMs, and individual designers from all over the world to have their work exhibited at a major international auto show in support of a central theme. Last year, submissions were received from 50 countries worldwide with selected designs displayed at the 2005 North American International Auto Show in January.
