Heavy-duty diesel power battery switches are built with heavy-duty copper sweep contacts to ensure positive circuit control. Rugged internal components are protected by a tough, impact resistant polycarbonate housing that is impervious to the elements. They also feature Alternator Field Disconnect (AFD) allowing selection of any position, including "off", without damage to alternator or electrical system.

The Ford F-150 pickup gets a handful of upgrades for the 2013 model year. The key changes include a redesigned center stack, the availability of high-intensity discharge headlamps and the addition of a new range-topping Limited trim. Maserati looking at LaFerrari for MC12 successor

Maserati is looking into building a successor to the MC12 Stradale supercar based on the Ferrari LaFerrari, according to a report from Autocar. Maserati boss Harald Wester didn't confirm it to the British magazine, but admitted there is an opportunity. The new car would use the chassis and suspension components from the LaFerrari, but not its electric motor and KERS system.
