I acquired this Carburetor with a 1965 Impala SS I had purchased 4 years ago. It is Brand New, never having had any Gasoline in it.I do not have the box, nor, has it been bolted down.It was sitting on top of the Intake studs, loosely.See inlet, and lack of Carbon on the Throttle Blades. It has a broken Choke Pulloff, however, I will try to replace it prior to shipping out. There are no re builder's stampings, or other marks.Factory Stamped 17080563 on linkage side.Has no Vacuum provisions, except for the choke pulloff.Fits a Mercruiser 454, and, will work on 1965-1974 Chevrolet engines with Side Inlet Fuel Filter, and GM Trucks until 1979, according to the Internet. All Epoxy Coating is 100%.Anthony, ( 201 ) 456-3626, cell,9AM -11PM, EDT.Thank You.

Thu, 30 Sep 2010

By Ben Pulman First Official Pictures 30 September 2010 22:29 This is the new Audi Quattro concept, just unveiled by Ingolstadt at the VW Group party on the eve of the 2010 Paris motor show. Built to celebrate 30 years of Quattro, it’s based on a shortened Audi RS5 platform (but built from aluminium and carbon) and features a tuned engine from the TT RS.This new Audi Quattro concept looks rather like a beefed-up Audi E-tron concept – is it? Nope, it’s actually based on the Audi RS5.

Volkswagen Brands – enough for now

Mon, 21 Dec 2009

VW boss Martin Winterkorn says Volkswagen has enough brands Volkswagen seems to be on a world domination plan. Audi is expanding with every passing day and the VW Group (Auto Union to be) has an unrivalled list of brands under its umbrella, including Audi, SEAT, Skoda, Bentley, Lamborghini, Bugatti and of course VW itself. It also recently effectively took control of Porsche (after the failed efforts by Porsche to take control of VW) and has just announced a near 20% stake in Suzuki.

2009 Ford KA Review – Running Costs

Tue, 09 Jun 2009

Cars UK [rating:4.0] The Ford KA is economical around town with either the petrol or diesel engine But the diesel car comes at a £700 premium and frankly, unless you are a very high mileage motorist, the additional cost of diesel, and the relatively small real-world difference in fuel consumption, makes the petrol car the better buy. The petrol car is also nicer to drive. Residual values were always a weak point with Ford.
