This is a marine GM 454/7.4 liter big block, Generation IV replacement motor for Mercruiser/OMC. Generation V and VI motors are available, please inquire. Reverse rotation and twin drive motors are available too, please ask!

All longblocks have the following work done: Hot tanked Magnafluxed Bored on a Kwik-Way FN Honed on Sunnen equipment with Sunnen stones All rods are resized using Sunnen equipment All cranks are ground and polished Three angle valve job Heads are resurfaced The following parts are replaced: Main Bearings-Clevite Rod bearings-Clevite Cam bearings-Durabond Pistons-Sealed Power Rings-Hastings Oil Pump-Melling Camshaft-Melling Marine Lifters-Sealed Power Timing Set-Melling Brass freeze plugs All longblocks include a complete Fel-Pro marine gasket set and Melling oil pump to complete the installation. All motors are painted using the high-temp engine enamel and can be painted any color! This as close to a custom built engine you'll ever find! We can also build motors to your specifications; please inquire! All motors are sold OUTRIGHT! Thu, 24 Nov 2011BMW M550d xDrive gets three stage turbo Earlier this week we revealed that the long-expected BMW M550d xDrive was ready to rock and we could expect it to debut at the Geneva Motor Show in Spring 2012. The M550d xDrive is the so-called ‘Triple-Turbo’ diesel engine we’ve been expecting from BMW for the last couple of years. With 380bhp and a mountain of torque – 520lb/ft or more – we’d expected BMW to fit the engine to the X5 and X6 to create a diesel version of the M cars.
Chris Bangle to receive EyesOn Design Lifetime Design Achievement Award

The jugers, all past winners of the award, include Walter de'Silva, Tom Gale, Giorgetto Giugiaro, Chuck Jordan, Robert Lutz, Shiro Nakamura, Sergio Pininfarina and Jack Telnack. Bangle is best known for his pioneering work at BMW Group from 1992 until 2009, when he left his position of Chief of Design.
Jaguar to invest £200 million in F-Type production at Castle Bromwich
Fri, 04 May 2012Jaguar F-Type - to be built at an expanded Castle Bromwich Jaguar Land Rover are planning to invest £200 million expanding their Castle Bromwich plant to launch production of the new Jaguar F-Type. Jaguar Land Rover has revived sales across both the Jaguar and Land Rover ranges, but it’s Land Rover that’s driving sales – particularly with the new Evoque. JLR are seeking to emulate the enormous success the Evoque is enjoying at Land Rover by launching the new F-Type at Jaguar, and are planning to invest £200 million expanding the Castle Bromwich plant to make sure the Jaguar F-Type doesn’t suffer production problems.
