Sportscar is pleased to offer for your consideration a complete matched set of
four (4) restored OEM splined wire wheel hub adapters for Triumph TR2, TR3,
TR3A, TR4, TR4A, TR5, TR250 and TR6. This
kit includes two each LH and RH splined hub adapters and two each LH and RH genuine chromed brass octagonal
chromed knock-offs. These splined wire wheel
hub adapters and knock-offs were salvaged from a low-mileage 1972
Triumph TR6 last year that was beyond restoration. We glass bead-blasted all four splined hub
adapters to bare metal in our shop blasting cabinet. We finished them in a semi-gloss black
enamel. We lightly oiled the hub threads
and splines to prevent flash-rusting. The
hub splines are in very good to excellent condition. These
hubs are coarse-thread 8 TPI. We chrome-polished the original chromed brass
knock-offs. The knock-offs are not perfect – all of them have some cosmetic issues, but they are perfectly suitable for a
daily-driver type car. We will ship via

Ferrari 458 Italia to get folding Hard Top
Mon, 07 Jun 2010Looks like the Ferrari 458 Italia Spider is getting a folding hard top You don’t need to be a supercar guru to know that Maranello’s latest mid-engined wonder – the Ferrari 458 Italia – is going to spawn a convertible version in the not too distant future. And if you claim to be a Ferrari aficenado you can probably proclaim – with reasonable certainty – that it will be a rag-top Spider. But it looks like you could be wrong.
