Manufacture Description: Maxtrac Suspension has introduced a new option to replace the light, fragile, stock steering knuckles on the Toyota Tacoma and FJ Cruiser platforms. These 4" lifted spindles are a beefy piece of machinery, constructed out of ductile iron from a cast mold, a giant upgrade over the OEM parts. With a true increase in ground clearance, this gives you options for bigger wheels and tires, new places to explore, and the confidence in solid parts handling it all. Due to these lifted spindles maintaining stock steering geometry, you can continue to run the OEM front struts / coilovers, along with being able to continue to modify your suspension with additional strut spacers, aftermarket coilovers, or new control arms which utilize the stock mounting components.

Ferrari is teasing the replacement for the 599 – probably the Ferrari F620 GT – with a video tease. Debuts 29th February. Toyota won't build the small, ultramodern A-BAT hybrid pickup concept that was a head-turner at the 2008 Detroit auto show and looked like a good bet for production. "We have a lot of top priorities, and A-BAT is not one of them right now," Bob Carter, Toyota Division's general manager, told the Web site PickupTrucks.com. "It's on the shelf."
A Toyota official confirmed Carter's comments.

'A new chapter in the history of Lamborghini' – that's the claim accompanying the latest teaser shot of Lamborghini's Paris motor show concept car. Officially the new concept will be shown for the first time on the evening of the Paris show, but details of the car have already started to leak out onto the internet. The concept is apparently a four-door super-saloon called Estoque, after the short sword matadors use to kill the bull at the end of a bullfight.
