Return/Exchange Policy
All Returns/Exchanges must be post-marked within 14 days of receiving item.
All merchandise purchased from PERF-MOTO is sold in its
original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the
manufacturer/distributor. Therefore it can be returned or exchanged only if in
original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all
literature/instructions/documentation and attached tags, instructions, etc. Worn
items, used items and any items without the tags attached will be refused.
Never ship an item in its original manufacturers packaging because this will
damage the packaging. Please use a cardboard/postal box or other adequate
packaging to ensure your return or exchange is not damaged on the way back to
PERF-MOTO. In other words, even though your item came in a box,
you need to put that box in another box for shipping purposes. We are not
responsible for goods we received that are damaged. These damaged goods become
the property of the buyer if not shipped properly, and you may be charged to
send them back.
All returns/exchanges must include an Return Merchandise Authorization form. Go to perfmoto dot com/RMA. This form will include all information to help us process the return/exchange quickly and correctly.

Shipping to the USA will be with FedEx ground, UPS, or USPS (United
States Post Office). Shipping to all International countries will be shipped by either
First Class International (35-42 days delivery and NO tracking) or USPS Priority Mail International (14-20 days delivery with limited tracking), or USPS Express Mail International (8-14 days delivery with detailed tracking). We reserve the right to change the shipping carrier you picked in the checkout as long as you receive item in same or less shipping time.
Combined Shipping Discount:*
We offer up to a 42% Shipping Discount
if you purchase 2 items or more. To qualify for the shipping discount,
purchases must use the same shipping method and be paid at the same time.
Discount example: This example is if you buy 3 items but it works for any purchase of 2 items or more. When you buy three items and the shipping charges are $20, $10, and $30, the total shipping cost to you
is $30 + ($20 x 0.58) + ($10 x 0.58) = $47.80. If you didn't get a discount you would have paid $60.00. We use 0.58 to multiply the shipping rates which achieves the 42% off. The highest shipping price will NOT be discounted but all the lower shipping prices will receive the 42% discount. It doesn't matter in what order you buy the items on eBay. Email us with questions.
*Most Slip-On, Bolt-On and Full System Street Exhausts, and Rims and other large box items do NOT qualify for the combined shipping discount.
If you address is a PO Box, FPO/APO, Alaska or Hawaii, we reserve the right to ship the item(s) USPS.

Mazda is recalling 217,500 copies of the Tribute SUV--from the 2001 through 2008 model years--to fix a sticking throttle. The same problem prompted Ford to recall the mechanically similar Escape SUV on July 26. Ford built the Tribute for Mazda, as well as the Escape.

AN INCREASE in the number of used cars coming into the market has “taken the edge off prices” and calmed some corners of the industry, according to used car pricing experts CAP. A greater influx of part-exchange cars arriving at dealers is partly responsible, and with many franchised dealers focusing for the time being on selling those vehicles, competition to acquire stock on the open market has decreased. CAP reports that the pressure has been lifted on some dealers who had become frustrated at how expensive it was becoming to source cars at fair prices.

The AALA was enacted in 1992 to inform consumers about the percentage of American content which comprises each car. AALA data specifies the percentage of U.S./Canadian parts content for each vehicle, including where the engine and transmissions were built.
