For sale is a floor shifted Mercedes 4 speed manual transmission removed from a 1967 250se.
This transmission will bolt up to the following 6 cylinder engines: 2.2L M127 2.3L M180 2.5L M129 2.8L M130 Please note, it will not work for the 3.5L V8 or 4.5L V8. This sale includes the following: 4 speed transmission and bellhousing 3 top mounted shifter arms Block numbers: 1112610701 BR 5 F 27 3 72 Bellhousing number: 111 250 2105 (a 4 speed manual removed from a 250SL sold last week and it had the same bellhousing number) Top plate number: 198 261 0505 Shipping: Of course local pick up is best for me. I'm in LA. I will ship this transmission ground only to the lower 48 states only. Fed Ex or UPS. $100 total. Returns: I would rather not take a return, but if you are unhappy with the transmission, I'll take a return. Buyer pays shipping both ways. I recommend that you take this transmission to a vintage German garage or tranmissions specialist and have them take a look at the transmission before you install it in your car. I make no guarantees that this transmission will not need a little TLC before it is installed. However, the transmission did shift well when the car ran, and I really do believe that it is good to go. The teeth on every gear look very good as well (please see the pics). You will have to reseal the top plate with some silicone gasket maker (AKA gasket compound). If this is shipped ground to a USA-located Ebay International warehouse and the transmission leaves the country, then I will not take a return. |

Experts said Bradford and Birmingham were the most likely places for innocent drivers to be caught up in "Crash for Cash" scams but Bolton, Manchester, London, Liverpool and Halifax are also hotspots, and staged accidents can happen anywhere and any time. The Insurance Fraud Bureau (IFB) and Crimestoppers appealed for information on those making bogus claims, in a crime that collectively costs policyholders more than £390 million every year.
