• Free FedEx Standard, Ground Shipping on all orders going to the Continental U.S. We do not ship outside the Continental U.S. with free shipping. We are able to ship outside the Continental U.S. but you will have to contact us for rates and the cost of the shipping is 100% non-refundable regardless of issue.
• We ship using FedEx. Your e-mail address WILL be entered, and an e-mail WILL be sent to that address. If you have Yahoo, AOL, or Hotmail, the e-mail with tracking number may be directed to your spam folder. Please also make sure your e-mail address on file with eBay is current.

Returns:

As we do incur a cost to ship your order to your door, if for any reason an incorrect order is placed, or you simply need to return a part, return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. 15% restocking fee may apply.

Returns after 60 days are not eligible for a refund. Store credit only minus eBay and Paypal fees.

Warranty Information:             

• All of our parts come with a 1 year warranty besides off-road/heavy duty equipment. Those have 6 month warranty. For A/C Compressors, replacement of the accumulator / receiver drier is required, and replacement of an orifice tube, if equipped, is required. Expansion valves must be checked, and the A/C system must be clean and free of debris and contamination.
• If there is an unfortunate circumstance where you receive a defective Automotive A/C Part and need to have it replaced, TechChoice will happily send you a replacement .
• We offer 2 options on warranty replacement. First option is to create another order for the same item, which will be paid for, and will be shipped with a return label to return the defective part for inspection. If the item is found defective we will issue a refund for the replacement order. The second option is that you can send the item to our Midlothian, TX warehouse and we can inspect it and then send out a replacement if it is determined to be defective. A return label will not be sent out using the second option.
