I have a Mercedes-Benz OM636 4cyl diesel. These were used in all kinds of things. Mercedes Benz 170D and 180 diesel cars, Unimogs and sailboats. Some were set up to run generators. This one Appears to be a commercial application set up or even Marine use judging by the bell housing.
It's a complete motor and I ran it a few seconds on a shot of ether. I will post the youtube video link below. I also have a short block with similar housing. I have no way to ship this. It is WHERE-IS and AS-IS! Come and get it. I do have an engine hoist I can lift it into a pick up truck or minivan etc. Or I will work with whomever you send to pick it up. New fuel-economy labels will baffle buyers, survey says
Wed, 06 Oct 2010A survey released this week suggests that revised fuel economy labels proposed by federal regulators will confuse many likely car buyers -- and will emphasize the wrong information. The branding strategy firm Siegel+Gale performed an independent online survey of 456 people over the age of 18 who intended to buy a car in the next three years. Founder Alan Siegel told Automotive News that the survey was not directly requested but has been sent to the EPA and National Highway Traffic Safety Administration during the ongoing public comment period.

Thu, 15 Aug 2013If you're a Corvette fanatic dying to take delivery of that C7 you've placed an order on, take heart: There's a vehicle transporter laden with 10 (or is it 11?) 2014 Stingray coupes roaming the American southwest. Submitted by Autoweek reader Dan Becker, the photo doesn't tell us much about the car, but at this point we're all fairly well-versed in the details. Two different five-spoke wheels are visible -- most are black but we see at least one shiny set -- but beyond that, nothing is visible; the cars' tight wrappings don't even betray a sliver of the colors underneath.
