It was only used in the earlier W123's.  The later ones had a larger light.

There is a small crack, shown in photo 2. 

Bulb is included but not tested or guaranteed.
 
This is 4 1/8 inches long (10.3 cm) There are several different lengths.  It has flat terminals, not round.

Please check which you need before buying..
