Ripplewear is very excited to be offering a Windshield curtain that is held on entirely with magnets. Velcro free!

This  privacy curtain custom fits the front windshield of the Mercedes Sprinter van. It will fit all Sprinter vans made from 2007 through 2016.  It is very easy to put up

or remove. It attaches on the sides with 3 very strong magnets that are sewn into each side. These magnets are strong enough to attach through the plastic trim.

Included with the curtain are 7 steel clips ( 1/2 inch in size ) that can easily be slipped onto the edge of the headliner. The top edge of the curtain has 7 strong

magnets that will attach to these 7 clips. The fit is very snug and secure.

It is constructed of 1000 Denier Cordura and lined with Temptrol, a radiant barrier. Cordura is an extremely durable waterproof nylon fabric with a polyurethane

coating. It can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Temptrol is very thin and lightweight

breathable, puncture and tear resistant and washable. It blocks nearly all of the light and 95% of the radiant heat. And because it is breathable, it will prevent

condensation on the windows. It is paper thin so the curtains will

easily fold up for storage  The Cordura is charcoal grey and the Temptrol is silver.

There is a 6 inch slit at the top of the center of the curtain so that it will fit around the mirror . It closes at the top with 2 magnets that will attach to a clip on  the

headliner to secure it.

It measures 69 inches across the bottom, side to side. It measures 64 inches across the top, side to side. It measures 36 inches in length from top to bottom.

This is an ideal year round curtain.

I will combine shipping for multiple purchases, however this item is offered with free shipping!

Peugeot Onyx concept [w/Gallery]

Wed, 12 Sep 2012 00:00:00 -0700

Peugeot has previewed its Onyx concept, set to debut at this month's Paris motor show, just days after the first teaser images were released. Very much a supercar in terms of its proportions and form, the Onyx is not the first time Peugeot's previewed super and super-sports cars in concept form, but the Onyx looks a lot more promising than previous efforts, from these photos at least. Conforming to the modern, eco-conscious supercar norm, the Onyx features a hybrid drivetrain - following in the footsteps of the BMW i8, Honda NSX and Jaguar CX-75.  Peugeot's stated aim is to push itself upmarket and become a more premium brand, so the Onyx could be read as a sign that the company feels it needs more of a 'halo' car in order to achieve that aim.

Tokyo motor show 2011 - a walkaround review

Fri, 02 Dec 2011 00:00:00 -0800

Two years ago, in the midst of the worldwide financial crash, the 2009 Tokyo motor show felt like a tiny regional event as Western manufacturers abandoned ship. Not this year. The 2011 Tokyo motor show was different, with Audi (A1 Sportback), BMW (ActiveHybrid 5) and VW (Cross Coupe concept and Passat Alltrack) all unveiling new metal.

Ferrari 458 Italia – The Video

Wed, 29 Jul 2009 00:00:00 -0700

The Interior of the new Ferrari 458 Italia But yesterday afternoon, shortly after we posted the news of the Ferrari 458 Italia – which originally had just four exterior pictures – we got sent a video of the interior. To be truthful it is almost certainly a rendering with no real car at all, but it is from Ferrari and is close as we’re going to get to the interior – ¬†or anything that moves – this side of the Frankfurt Motor Show in September. At least the video clip has a sound track, and whether or not it’s a real soundtrack from the track and the car – or something Ferrari has generated on their laptops – we don’t really care.
