Item is the idle control relay for most of the '79-'85 model V8 3.8 or 5.0 Mercedes sedans or roadsters. Part number is 002 545 40 32 with a current list price of $565. If your 380SE/SEL or 380/500SL is idling erratically odds are that this--or the under hood idle control valve--is the culprit. Aston Martin V12 Vantage S works out at Silverstone

We dove deep into the 2015 Aston Martin V12 Vantage S last Monday, finding the car to be explosive off the line, but also more comfortable thanks to its new electronically controlled adaptive suspension. On Friday, Aston uploaded almost seven minutes of footage of the new brawler at the Silverstone Circuit in England. If you'll remember, the new Vantage delivers 565 hp from its 6.0-liter V12, along with 457 lb-ft of torque at 5,750 rpm.

We have video of the Audi R8 e-tron cruising the Pacific Coast Highway Audi first revealed its electric car project at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September last year with the R8 e-tron, an electric car based on the R8 and featuring four electric motors creating a quattro EV. Audi then went on to reveal their second e-tron at the Detroit Motor Show – the Audi R4 e-tron – which seems to preview a new R4 model from Audi and finally the latest – and most convincing e-tron – the Audi A1 e-tron at the Geneva Motor Show last week. But so far we’ve not seen any of the e-trons on the move.
