Fri, 03 May 2013Sangyup Lee has been appointed Bentley's head of exterior design. He reports directly to Luc Donkerwolke, head of Bentley Styling and Design and taken up the position left by Dave Hilton. Korean-born Lee joins the British carmaker from Volkswagen/Audi's Advanced studio in California, where he held the position of chief designer of Exterior from January 2010.
McLaren F1 driver finds himself in hot seat
Tue, 02 Jun 2009The McLaren F1 is one hot supercar--literally, in the case of one of the 106 built. A McLaren was being driven in Santa Rosa, Calif., on Monday afternoon when the engine compartment caught fire. The car's owner, identified by the Santa Rosa Press Democrat as Irv Kessler, was driving.
