Up for sale is a used MerCruiser upper unit.
It is from an Alpha One Gen One outdrive. It came off a 4.3 litre (see pics) and is a 1.84 gear ratio. It was removed from a boat that the engine had frozen and busted. It was running perfectly up until that time. It has not been used in about 3 years. The driveshaft turns freely. When drained the gear lube showed no sign of water or metal.
