I bought this for a project boat and never ended up using it. Part #12675 01. It is in good used condition, rubber mounts are complete and solid. I have the 2 mounting bolts with springs and washers that will come with it but they are not pictured. This is a fairly pricey part so this is your chance to save big! I'm not sure exactly which years and engines this will fit. International and combined shipping available, message me for a quote. Any questions feel free to ask and I'll do my best to answer them for you.

Rude roads hit house prices

Tue, 25 Feb 2014

STREETS with rude-sounding names like Crotch Crescent, Turkey Cock Lane, Bell End and The Knob could turn out to be a haven for property hunters looking to snap up a bargain, research suggests. The study for website NeedaProperty.com looked for evidence of what impact living in a street with a suggestive name could have on the value of your home. Properties on streets with innuendo-laden names were found to be around one fifth or £84,000 cheaper on average than other homes situated nearby.
